What is the return policy?
Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we do not accept returns on used items. However, customer satisfaction is very important to us.
If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note:
- We do not accept returns for scent preference.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged.

When will I get my order?
Orders from Veronica Candle Co. are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order ships, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
After your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package on its way to you.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during busy seasons or product launches.
How do I properly care for my candle?
To get the best burn and longest life from your Veronica Candle Co. candle, we recommend following these simple care tips:
- Trim the wick to about ¼ inch before each burn.
- Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the container during the first burn to help prevent tunneling.
- Burn your candle for 2–4 hours at a time for the best performance.
- Keep candles away from drafts, pets, and flammable objects.
- Stop burning when about ½ inch of wax remains in the container.
Following these steps will help your candle burn cleanly, safely, and evenly while maximizing its fragrance and burn time.
What ingredients do you use?
At Veronica Candle Co., I use high-quality ingredients to create clean, long-lasting candles. My candles are made with premium soy wax, carefully tested fragrance oils, and lead-free cotton wicks.
Each candle is hand-poured in small batches to ensure quality and consistency. My products are always free of all parabens, phthalates, and harmful toxins.
